Avignon is the entrance door of the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region, also the capital of the Vaucluse department and is located 40 minutes away from our hotel b design & spa. The city of the Popes takes its name from its cultural patrimony.

Once « intra-muros » (inside the walls) you can admire the very well preserved rampart, within which you will find several treasures such as the Palace of the Popes and the Avignon bridge, both classified as a World Heritage site by Unesco.

Every year, on the beginning of July, Avignon’s festival makes the city European capital of theatre. The city is overwhelm by arts and show fans during the entire length of the festival .
